> Below €50, a flat **€5.90** rate applies — same price for every destination, no hidden fees.
### Where we ship
PULPÉ ships worldwide from our atelier partners. Available destinations include:
**Europe:** France, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Ireland, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Cyprus.
**North America:** United States, Canada.
**Asia-Pacific & Middle East:** Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates, Israel.

The same rate applies whether you order from Paris, New York, Sydney, or Dubai. The €50 free shipping threshold is on the cart subtotal **before taxes and after discount codes**.
### Processing & delivery times
Orders are processed within **1–3 business days** of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day.
After processing, estimated delivery times by region:

**France Express:** delivery within 5–7 business days after processing.
All delivery times are **estimates only**, not guarantees. Delays may occur during peak seasons (summer, Black Friday, holidays), customs inspections, weather events, or carrier disruptions outside our control.
### Tracking
Once your order ships, you receive a **tracking number by email**. You can follow your parcel directly from the confirmation email or from your customer account on pulpebikini.com.
### Customs, duties & import taxes
- **European Union orders:** VAT is included in the displayed price. **No additional customs fees** at delivery.
- **United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, and other non-EU destinations:** Your package may be subject to **import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or handling fees** charged by your local customs authority upon arrival. These fees are **the sole responsibility of the customer** and are **not included** in our shipping rates.
- We declare the full commercial value on all international shipments as required by international trade law. **We cannot mark packages as "gift" or undervalue them.**
- If you refuse to pay customs fees and your package is returned to us or destroyed by customs, no refund will be issued.
### Wrong or incomplete shipping address
Please **double-check your shipping address at checkout**. We are not responsible for parcels shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customer absence, or refusal of delivery:
- We can **reship** at your expense (€5.90 reshipping fee + any new customs fees), or
- **Refund the order** minus original shipping costs and a €4 restocking fee.
### Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived **within the estimated window + 5 business days**:
1. Check the tracking link for the latest carrier update.
2. Check with your local post office or carrier depot — parcels are sometimes held without notification.
3. If still missing, email **jungi6801@gmail.com** with your order number. We will open a formal claim with the carrier — claim resolution typically takes **7–14 business days**.
4. Once the claim is resolved in your favor, we will reship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
### Multiple-item orders
If you order several pieces, items **may ship separately** from different fulfillment centers. You will receive separate tracking numbers. This does not affect the free shipping threshold — it applies to your full order, not per parcel.
### Packaging
PULPÉ ships in **recyclable kraft packaging** with minimal plastic. Each piece is folded with care and sealed with a protective hygiene strip.
### Order modifications & cancellations
Orders can only be modified or cancelled **within 2 hours of placement**, before the order enters our fulfillment pipeline. Email **jungi6801@gmail.com** immediately with your order number. After 2 hours, we cannot guarantee changes.
